Angelic Weather In Los Angeles

Leaving what seemed like winter behind them in New York, the Los Angeles Angels came back from an early deficit to take Game 3 of the ALCS from the Yankees in extra innings. Second baseman Howie Kendrick scored from first on a Jeff Mathis 2 out double in the bottom of the 11th inning to cut the New York lead in the series to 2 games to 1. With the next two games in sunny California the time is now for the Angels to get back into the series.

However, as Yankee ace C.C. Sabathia is starting Game 4 the Angels are going to have to produce at the plate. Scott Kazmir has been inconsistent all year for the Angels/Rays and it is up to him to come up with a strong outing Tuesday night. If I were a betting man (and I am) I would look for Derek Jeter and Alex Rodriguez to continue their torrid hitting this October and lead the Yankees to victory tomorrow night.

Here is a classic baseball card that is a must have for all Yankee fans. Look closely and you will see Mickey Mantle in the dugout and former President George Bush in the stands. This card was inserted randomly throughout the 2007 Topps Baseball Set and is certainly a keeper.
